I'll go straight to the point, working with this online agency was one of the worst mistakes ever.

*Poor and mediocre design.

*Every little change or revision takes 48 hours.

*Horrible Customer service.

*Low customer care and appreciation.

I will never ever use The logo Boutique, YES! they're cheap but so it's their service. I would recommend other design websites like 99designs.com or logoworks.com, but NEVER USE THE LOGO BOUTIQUE save your money for a real company.

Last but not least, after what happened to me, I've been reading some reviews and 99% of those reviews are bad reviews (no wonder why).

According to most of those reviews they're not located in the USA, 'm not 100% sure of this but they do freak out and they start giving you all type of excuses. Judge them for yourself.

Monetary Loss: $329.
